Alert**Alert**Alert! This is a 3 ingredients dessert that will be completed in 5 minutes! Yes you heard right! ok maybe 10 minutes if you are being fussy of how you place the chocolate wafers in! 😉
My kids are always asking me for a dessert other then the all nutritious yogurt and fruit so I figured I’d slip them some protein with a little chocolate. This recipe basically involves the microwave along with your hand held blender or regular blender. Just blitz the melted chocolate and tofu together until smooth and pour into the recipient of your choosing and “voilà”! Just add chunks of the wafers, place in the fridge to firm up and that’s it! Devour it a few hours later.
Feel free to add a little vanilla, orange or lime zest or switch up it up with some dark chocolate instead of the white and crumble in any type of cookie you have on hand but preferably a crunchy one.
- 1 package of silken tofu
- 1 cup of white chocolate chips melted
- about 20 thin chocolate wafers
