Chive & Lemon Virgin Sauce

They call it virgin sauce because it is not cooked.  This sauce is so versatile, it would be great with almost anything (honestly just dipped into some french baguette, it is good!) and on top of it, it takes 2 minutes to assemble!  On steak, fish, chicken, pasta or veggies, this sauce will help you transform the most basic meal into something fabulous.

Simply mix together and serve with anything your heart desires.  Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.


  • 1/2 cup of extra-virgin  olive oil (the good stuff)
  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cup of chopped chives
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper
  • Optional : red pepper flakes (as you desire)
