Miso and Apple Marinated Chicken Breast

So I’ve been on a miso kick lately and on top of being good for you it also packs in so much flavour, that it is now a staple in my fridge. An ordinary chicken breast becomes juicy and delicious in 5 minutes, making it a great weeknight meal. Just throw a quick salad to accompany it, while the chicken is on the grill and you’ve got a meal in 20 minutes!

Simply throw everything in a ziploc bag, trying to remove as much air as possible from your bag and place in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight if possible.

Preheated the BBQ on medium heat and grill the chicken turning once in a while and cook until juices run clear. Let rest loosely covered in foil for 10 minutes before serving.  Serve with your choice of vegetable or salad.

Ingredients:

1 cup of apple juice
1/4 cup of miso paste
1 Tsp of siracha
2 big cloves of garlic smashed or 4 small
4 chicken breasts
