Just a quick one to let you know one of my favourite breakfast, lunch or dinner. It’s sweet,creamy, crunchy, healthy and everything you want to get you going.
Take a piece of bread, any kind that you have on hand and smear the half of an avocado on it. Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper or dried chilies and drizzle with honey. To make it into a nice dinner, throw on a fried egg or sliced turkey for some added protein.
